What is Weltevree?

Weltevree is a Dutch design brand founded in 2007. We are a manufacturer of contemporary durable goods which aim to activate you and your surroundings. Our team develops inventive products in collaboration with the best designers and inventors, both established names and emerging talents.

When will I receive the product?

Shipping time of international deliveries may vary. We do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Track and trace code of the shipment will be sent directly after we ship your order.

How much does shipping cost?

For shipping within the EU, we offer free shipping.

For other countries, the costs may vary. Add the desired products to the shopping cart to calculate the shipping cost of your order. Scroll down to “Calculate shipping” and enter your destination to get a shipping estimate. Click ‘get a quote’ in order to calculate the amount.

Can I return a product?

Return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Download the cancellation form from the Shipping & Returns page,  fill it out and send it in an email to info@weltevree.nl saying you would like to make a return.

Put the item you would like to return back in the original packaging, include the packing slip, make sure it’s adequately packaged and send it to:

Do you provide maintenance?

Choosing the right material is a conscious process which involves research. Our aim is to choose materials that need as little maintenance as possible and add to the experience and quality of our products. How long do I have warranty on a product?

The warranty period for all our products is 12 months. You can find our warranty conditions under the general terms and conditions. Click here for all information.

My product is damaged or broken. What do I do now?

Shipping time of international deliveries may vary. We do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Track and trace code of the shipment will be sent directly after we ship your order.

How much cooling off period do I have for my order?

The cooling off period is 14 days and starts on the day the product is received. A condition is that the product is not damaged and the original packaging is still intact

What is the return address?

Do you want to return your package? First register your package via info@weltevree in order to receive your return number.

Can I pick up my package?

We can pick up large packages at home. Please contact logistics@weltevree.nl to schedule an appointment

I have no packaging to return the package. What to do now?

Please contact info@weltevree.nl and mention your problem. We will get back to you as soon as possibleOur products are manufactured with the use of technically advanced methods and undergo plenty of rigorous quality checks at all critical stages of the production. With decades of experience in the furniture industry, our team can ensure you will receive a product that will bring you joy for years.

When can I expect the money on my account?

We will refund the money within 7 working days after receipt of the package.Return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Download the cancellation form from the Shipping & Returns page,  fill it out and send it in an email to info@weltevree.nl saying you would like to make a return.

What about the return costs?

In case of a defect, the costs for returning the product are on us. If you would like to return your order for a different reason, the costs are for the customer.

How do I report my return?

You can register your return by sending an e-mail to info@weltevree.nl. We will then send you a return number which can be written on the box, so we can process the package after receiving it.

My product is broken. Now what?

Is your product damaged, does it not function as it should or is your product broken after the 30 day exchange period has expired? Then we will not exchange the product for you directly, but will first submit the case to the supplier or manufacturer of the product. Send us an e-mail via info@weltevree.nl. Write down your order number in this email, indicate which product it concerns and give a clear description of the complaint. Send clear pictures of the product, the damage and the problem. Is it impossible to capture the problem in a photo? Then please record a video and send it to us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.We will refund the money within 7 working days after receipt of the package.Return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for our products varies, depending on the size of the product. In general, all products are shipped within 48 hours after placing the order, provided the product is in stock. On the the product page of the product, you can find the current stock status.

Can I pick up my order in the showroom in Amersfoort?

This is possible in most cases. Please do always contact us first at info@weltevree.nl to avoid disappointment.

My order is incomplete. Now what?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@weltevree.nl. Add the order number and the missing product and we will contact you as soon as possible.We can pick up large packages at home. Please contact logistics@weltevree.nl to schedule an appointment

What is the status of my order?

The status of your order can be found on the tracking page. If you have any questions, please send an email with your order number to info@weltevree.nl and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

When will I receive my order?

Products shipped via parcel services are normally delivered within 3-5 business days. Larger shipments that cannot be sent by regular parcel service will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Check the current status of your order on this page. Or send an email with your order number to info@weltevree.nl for more information.

Can I choose a period myself?

This is possible for larger packages. However, the delivery time will be a bit longer. If you want to choose a specific delivery period, please contact info@weltevree.nl.

With which transporters do you deliver?

We deliver with PostNL, DPD, TNT, JP Haarlem, Jan Kredit and Raben. As soon as the parcel is shipped you will receive an email with information about which parcel service will deliver your order.You can register your return by sending an e-mail to info@weltevree.nl. We will then send you a return number which can be written on the box, so we can process the package after receiving it.

Order

How do I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order? Please send an email with the order number and cancellation request to info@weltevree.nl as soon as possible. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order.

Can I get advice about the choice of products?

Absolutely! We are happy to help with any questions you might have. Call +31 (0)332037037 or send an email to info@weltevree.nl and we will provide you with advice.

Can I order for business purposes?

Yes, it is possible to order for business purposes. For these orders please contact sales@weltevree.nl.

How can I see if a product is in stock?

In principle, all our products are in stock. For products where this is temporarily not the case, it will say so on the product page. You can find the information on all products on this page (https://www.weltevree.eu/nl/delivery-times/)

Where can I come and see the product?

We understand that it is important to see the product in real life sometimes. That is why this is possible at different places: Visit one of our dealers near you or stop by our showroom in Amersfoort.

What are the materials Weltevree is using?

In order to preserve the quality of our products, we’ll provide you with information on each material and advice on how to best take care of it, so your Weltevree product can provide you with comfort for a lifetime. The materials are Accoya, Douglas, Larch and Corten Steel.
