Report Weltevree at IMM 2019
From January 14th until January 20th Weltevree was present at the international trade fair IMM Cologne. At the Koelnmesse manufacturers and brands from all over the world presented their designs and services. In the center of Hall 2 (Pure Editions) Weltevree set up an exhibition, sharing the world of Weltevree with the 150.000 visitors of IMM.
This year, Weltevree focused on the launch of several new products which will all be available soon. Standing out with a stand built up from inviting open Frame Houses, Weltevree stood out amidst booths with traditional walls. From this year on, the Frame House will be added to the collection and can be configured in the way that suits the needs of the user. During the IMM trade show this product once again prove itself being an inviting outline for an exhibition where Weltevree presented the new products.
New products presented at IMM
At IMM Cologne, several new products were shown to the public for the first time.
Visitors could take place at the Forestry Table Refined: a new Forestry Table with straight, sanded edges that brings the nature of the Dutch forests to any garden, dining room or meeting room. Visitors could also try out the Poplars: modern wooden shoes by Lex Pott. Other products by Lex Pott that were presented at IMM were the wooden Cutting Board with a unique wooden tube to hang or to hold it from and the Rolling Pin made of green marble.
Also new in the Weltevree collection is the Carrier by Thor ter Kulve: a multifunctional seat with storage space within the wire basket and the hollow seat. This seat is made of the sustainable ECOPIXEL-material and sure attracted attraction. Just like the Serpentine and Woodstock: two designs that were formerly part of the Extremis collection, but were redesigned for Weltevree. As of today, these mobile garden shower and firewood storage are also part of the Weltevree collection.
