The three bubbles on the side of the glass allow for better observation. The shape magnifies your view and allows you to observe creatures from all different angles. This effect works best with the observation of water animals, when the Local Habitat is filled with water.
OBSERVE CREATURES NEARBY
A big goal of the Local Habitat is to teach you more about the creatures living around you. Together with your Local Habitat you will receive a booklet containing information about the creatures and species living in your surroundings. This way you can really learn all about your temporary ecosystem. Do always make sure to take the needs of your catch into account.
The Local Habitat is provided with a booklet that gives you all information on the different creatures you can find and how to responsibly observe them. It’s important to always take the needs of your catch into account. Never leave the Local Habitat in direct sunlight, and make sure to provide food, water and enough oxygen. And most importantly: always release your catch back into nature.
USE IT AS A VASE
The Local Habitat is great to observe creatures in. But when you are finished with observing the life around you, it doubles as a vase! Fill it with freshly cut flowers or plant some succulents inside.
